Our Ayurvedic Approach
At Vitality pilates and Ayurveda, we follow a unique and personalized approach to healing. Our expert practitioners begin each treatment process by conducting a thorough analysis of the patient’s body type, medical history, and current health conditions.
Make Appointment
Plan 90 minutes for your first session to throughly discuss your health history.
Consultation
Follow up visits last 45 to 60 minutes and are scheduled approximately one week apart.
Treatment Planning
Receive a personalized treatment plan specific to your health goals. It may include diet, routine, yoga or meditation, herbs, body treatments, and more.
Maintenance
Weekly continued care is maintained for 4 to 8 weeks to ensure you deeply understand the process and are able to maintain your new healthy habits.
