Here’s my bio.
Misty Moon Nickel is an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Professional Ayurvedic Chef and LMP specializing in helping people achieve greater health and vitality so they can live a more joyful and fulfilling life.

For more than 25 years, she has helped her clients and patients on the transformative journey to health.

Misty’s life-long pursuit of the healing arts, has taken her to many parts of the
world, including India, Italy, Costa Rica, and Mexico. Now living on Northern California with her husband and two children, she continues to keep up with the ever-evolving science of movement, health, and wellness.

She began her career in Seattle as a professional dancer and also taught movement, dance, and yoga. Passionate about integrating movement into healing, she founded Bria Pilates, an award-winning Pilates, Physical Therapy and Organic Spa in Downtown Seattle.

She was selected as “Seattle’s Best Pilates Instructor” by Seattle Metropolitan
Magazine and received national recognition when Allure Magazine named her
“Seattle’s Best Massage Therapist”.

Misty designed and taught a 500-hour Pilates Teacher Certification Program.
She is a Licensed Massage Therapist in Washington and California and is certified as a Stott Pilates Instructor, an Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist, and an Ayurvedic Chef.

Certified in Permaculture and a Certified Herbalist, Misty has created an herbal
body care line of handmade herbal remedies, creams and lotions. A trained Ayurvedic Practitioner, she studied at the California College of Ayurveda and is affiliated with The California Association of Ayurvedic Medicine and the National Ayurvedic Medical Association.

Misty believes that living a healthy and conscious life leads to more joy for
ourselves and for everyone around us.
